By accessing or using Aployee's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services. Aployee is a product of Parslee, LLC, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Volato Group, Inc.
2. Description of Service
Aployee provides an AI voice agent platform that enables developers and businesses to create, deploy, and manage AI-powered phone assistants. Our services include API access, voice processing, and related tools.
3. Account Registration
To use our services, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our services to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices
- Make automated calls without proper consent
- Violate TCPA, GDPR, or other privacy regulations
- Harass, threaten, or harm others
- Transmit malware or engage in phishing
5. Fees and Payment
Pricing is based on your selected plan and usage. Fees are billed monthly in advance. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.
6. Intellectual Property
Aployee retains all rights to our platform, technology, and documentation. You retain ownership of your data and configurations created using our services.
7. Data Processing
By using our services, you authorize us to process call audio and data as necessary to provide the service. See our Privacy Policy for details on data handling.
8. Service Level
We strive for 99.9% uptime for our API services. Enterprise customers receive SLA guarantees as specified in their agreements.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aployee shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate the service relationship at any time. Upon termination, your access to the platform will be disabled and data may be deleted according to our retention policies.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the platform.
